OUR LIMITED OVERSIZED ALL-OVER SCREEN PRINT TEES ARE CHANGING THE GAME

Today, I want to dive into our limited-edition oversized all-over screen print tees and explain what goes into our production process. Yes, they are pricey, but they are limited-edition, and truly collectible wearable art.

I'm going to touch on why fabric weight matters, the amount of work that goes into creating front and back designs that cover 100% of the fabric, and why mastering oversized all-over screen printed tees required us to build the largest screen-printing frames in the industry.

Why We Went With 280 GSM 100% Cotton

In streetwear, the weight of your canvas plays a role in the value of your art.

When you look at fast-fashion blanks, they typically clock in around 140 to 170 GSM (Grams per Square Meter). A 150 GSM shirt feels like paper. It clings to your body, it shows every line underneath, and it loses its shape the moment it encounters a washing machine.

  • 150 GSM: Fast Fashion - Thin, clings to body, distorts after one wash
  • 210 GSM: Standard Fit: Mid-weight, basic retail structure, limited drape
  • 280 GSM: Premium Heavyweight - Thick, structural drape, high durability, ultimate streetwear fit

To achieve a true premium feel, we custom-milled a 280 GSM, 100% luxury combed cotton tee, to not only make sure the fabric was right, but the fit as well.

Why exactly is 280 GSM the sweet spot for premium heavyweight graphic tees?

The Structural Drape

Heavyweight fabric doesn’t just hang off your shoulders; it holds its own shape. When a t-shirt is thick, it creates a clean, architectural silhouette. It smooths out lines, creates sharp shoulders, and gives you that substantial, armored feeling when you pull it over your head.

The Breathability of Premium Combed Cotton

A common misconception is that heavy shirts are hot and suffocating. That is only true if the shirt is made from cheap open-end cotton or a polyester blend. Polyester traps heat.

By using 100% combed cotton, we ensure that the yarn is incredibly smooth and tightly spun, yet remains naturally breathable. The combed process removes short, prickly fibers, leaving only the longest, softest strands. The result? A 280 GSM shirt that feels incredibly plush against the skin, wears like iron, and regulates temperature effortlessly.

Built for the Long Haul

Streetwear is meant to be lived in, and worn to absolute death. Cheap shirts shrink vertically or twist at the side seams after a few washes because the knit tension is uneven. Our 280 GSM custom knit is preshrunk and double-stitched at the cuffs and hem. It looks just as good on wash number 50 as it did on day one.

Perfecting the Silhouette: Designing Oversized Streetwear Tees

Let’s talk about fit, because "oversized" is one of the most misused words in the entire fashion industry.

Too many brands think creating oversized streetwear tees just means taking a standard, slim-fit pattern and grading it up to an XXL. That isn't design—that’s laziness. When you just scale a shirt up, the collar becomes wide and sloppy, exposing your collarbones. The sleeves get dangerously long but stay tight around the biceps. The shirt turns into a long, unflattering nightgown.

When we engineered our signature oversized fit, we tore up the traditional sizing chart and built our pattern from scratch.

The Drop-Shoulder Blueprint

The shoulder seam of our tees is intentionally dropped several inches down the arm. This breaks up the natural shoulder line, creating a relaxed, effortlessly casual drape. Crucially, while the shoulder drops, we kept the armhole wide and open, allowing the sleeve to hit just above the elbow. This creates volume without making you look swallowed by fabric.

The Boxy, Slightly Cropped Crop

True streetwear styling relies heavily on proportions. To prevent our heavy 280 GSM fabric from looking like a tunic, we widened the chest measurements significantly while shortening the overall length. This creates a wide, boxy drape that sits perfectly right at the hip line. It’s the ultimate silhouette for layering over hoodies or letting a contrasting undershirt peek out from beneath the hem.

The Snug Mock-Neck Collar

There is nothing worse than a stretched-out, bacon-like collar. To balance out the wide, boxy body of our oversized streetwear tees, we designed a tight, thick collar ribbing. It mimics the classic 90s mock-neck aesthetic. It hugs the neck securely, ensuring that no matter how heavy the graphic or how many times you pull it on and off, the collar retains its structural integrity.

The Screen-Printing Revolution: Engineering Oversized All-Over Prints

Once we perfected the fabric and mastered the fit, we faced our biggest creative hurdle yet: the screen printing process.

I’ve always been inspired by the bold, maximalist aesthetics of vintage 90s rap tees, skate culture, and industrial design. I didn't want our graphics tucked away neatly inside a safe, predictable center chest box. I wanted designs that wrapped around the torso, bled into the sleeves, spilled over the shoulder and collar seams, and covered the entire back.

I wanted to create definitive oversized all-over screen printed tees.

To understand why our all-over screen printing is unique, you have to understand the technical limitations of standard garment printing.

The Problem with Standard Printing Equipment

The vast majority of screen-printing setups use automated carousel presses fitted with standard platens (the boards that the t-shirt slides onto). The maximum print area for a standard industrial screen print is usually around 16" x 20".

If you try to print a massive graphic on an oversized shirt using standard equipment, the design gets cut off entirely. It cannot reach the edges, it cannot wrap around the back, and it cannot cross over the shoulder and collar seams.

Many modern brands use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) digital printing or sublimation. But DTG inks feel weak, lacks vibrancy on dark fabrics, and fades quickly. Sublimation requires 100% polyester fabric, which completely destroys the heavy, premium cotton feel required for genuine streetwear.

Our Solution: Build the Largest Screens in the Game

We refused to compromise. If standard machinery couldn't execute our vision, we had to custom-build massive, specialized print stations. We engineered jumbo-sized frames and screens that could handle this all-over printing style.

Having the largest screens in the game changes everything. It means we don’t print on a small flat surface in the middle of a shirt. Instead, we can lay our completely un-sewn pattern panels flat, pass a massive screen over the entire surface area, print seamlessly from edge to edge across the front and back, and then assemble the garment.

This bespoke cut-and-sew screen printing process gives us unparalleled creative freedom. We can print continuous, flowing graphics that move across seams effortlessly, creating a unified, immersive design that feels integrated into the fabric itself rather than just stamped on top.

Why All-Over Screen Printing Beats Everything Else

We use discharge inks instead of the traditional plastisol inks most brands use.

This allows air and sweat to seep through the print, the same way it would without a graphic. A transfer or DTG printing doesn't allow this. This means your tee allows your body to stay cool, even when it's covered entirely with a screen print.

This also gives your tee a soft feeling. You cannot feel the ink. It feels and wears the same as it would with no graphic.

After we screen print these tees they are soft-washed, causing the ink to bleed deep into the fabric, giving it the ultimate luxury feel.

Because our screens encompass the entire garment panel, the graphics look organic. A design that wraps over the shoulder and down the back panels changes how the garment looks from every single angle. It transforms a simple piece of apparel into a walking canvas, capturing attention from across the room.

No Shortcuts, No Compromises

Building a successful streetwear brand isn't about finding the cheapest path to a finished product. It’s about obsessing over the details that other people overlook.

We could save an immense amount of time and money by using standard-sized blanks, printing standard-sized graphics, and calling it a day. But that isn't how we do it.

By custom-milling our 280 GSM cotton, perfecting a true boxy, drop-shoulder profile, and investing heavily to run the largest screen-printing setups in the game, we are creating garments that tell a story.

When you put on one of our oversized streetwear tees, you are wearing a piece of clothing that was meticulously engineered from the yarn to the final print stroke. It’s heavy, it’s bold, it’s structural, and it is built to last.

All of our limited-edition streetwear tees feature a scannable NFC tag that not only verifies its authenticity, but it also tells you how many pieces were manufactured, down to the breakdown of each size's population.
