All apparel and accessories are FINAL SALE; no returns, refunds or exchanges. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for an exchange.
Do not send any items back without the proper exchange process. Failing to follow this process will void the exchange. The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with tag(s), and free of odors, stains, and markings to be eligible for an exchange due to damage.
Damaged items may be exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase and must include the receipt and order confirmation. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for an exchange.
Exchanges can be for an alternate product or store credit for an additional purchase. We offer return shipping labels for exchanges at a flat-rate of $10.00. Please note that these return shipping labels are available for use by U.S. Domestic customers only. We will credit the $10.00 label fee when the exchanged product is received.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available at the time of processing, a credit will be issued.
We do not accept exchanges for items that have been previously exchanged and there are no refunds on any exchanged items. You will be issued store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.
Exchange Processing Time Frame: 3-5 business days once the exchange package is received.
Sale, clearance, and special edition item sales are final and are not eligible for exchanges.
Reserved Rights Regarding Exchanges
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject exchanges from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive exchange history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive exchange history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential criminal or fraudulent activity.
Refused & Returned-to-Sender Packages
These will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an electronic gift card. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the address information provided is entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
What if I received the wrong item?
If for some reason you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange right away.
What if my order arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damage due to the carrier and shipping process please contact us and we will take care of you right away.

Can I change or cancel an order after it's been placed?
This depends on how quickly you contact us after placing the order. We typically process orders very quickly, and strive to do so the same day they are received. It’s best to contact us as quickly as possible in this situation.
