FAHQ® ships all orders as quickly as possible; same-day in most cases.

Delivery Time

Under normal circumstances most items ship the same or next business day, however due to huge influxes of orders due to special promotions, special events, or situations out of our control, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

In most cases, if your order is placed Monday through Friday, it will be shipped within 1-2 days, and often the same day, however at times it may take 3-5 days to ship. If your order was placed on Saturday or Sunday, the order will likely ship within 3-5 days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.

Special collaborations, limited edition drops, one-off collections, and pre-orders may take longer than the regular shipping time frames, however this is uncommon.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are charged depending on the items ordered, delivery address, and shipping method. International shipping postage only covers the cost of transporting and delivering your package.

International Shipping

FAHQ® does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the items being purchased and the classification of those items. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. FAHQ® shall not be liable for duties or taxes. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Insurance

Shipments are insured through the carrier against theft and accidental damage during the shipping process, up until the package is delivered. If your package is damaged upon arrival, it's recommended that you refuse the delivery from the carrier. FAHQ® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
